Monoland

Monoland is a monochromatic rice for Hyprland built mostly in QML. It replaces every standard desktop shell component with custom-built alternatives: a status bar with workspaces, clock popup, and OSD toasts; a notification sidebar with a Material-style card list, media player, and toggle controls; a full-screen app launcher with live search, icon resolution, and keyboard navigation; a power menu; and a native Wayland lockscreen using WlSessionLock with PAM authentication, a widget grid showing clock, calendar, media, weather, battery, and uptime. Every component follows a strict monochromatic design language using pywal-generated color tokens, Poppins for UI text, and JetBrainsMono Nerd Font for icons.
